We are now looking for someone to take on the role of Account Manager within External Retail in Malmö or Gothenburg and become part of our team. We have two open positions, one for each geographical area.
This is how you will make a difference with us
In the role of Account Manager within External Retail, you will be one of Telenor's most important links to our largest retailers – well-known chains such as Elgiganten, Power, and Elon. Here you will have a central position where you make a real difference every day in how our products and offers meet customers in the store.
You will spend about four days a week in stores, where you:
- build strong relationships and create engagement among store sellers
- ensure they have the right knowledge about our products and offers
- drive sales coaching in everyday life and inspire increased sales
- create Telenor ambassadors through your presence, dialogue, and energy
An important part of the role is to hold training sessions and workshops. Therefore, you need to enjoy being a group leader and feel comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
The work is both independent and mobile. The role may involve overnight stays, depending on how your store visits and training sessions are planned.
You will be part of a national team that supports each other across regional borders. The role is strategically important for Telenor as it builds both competence and long-term relationships with our partners – something that directly affects how customers experience us in-store.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the go, thrives on meeting people, and gains energy from building relationships. You are social, curious, and have the ability to build trust quickly.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Experience in sales, retail, or fieldwork
- The ability to hold training sessions and presentations in front of a group
- High energy, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude
- Good structure and the ability to plan your days
- A driver's license and a car (required) as the role involves frequent travel and sometimes overnight stays
